The rooms are located in a residential building. All guests are required to behave accorgingly, respecting the needs of the other Guests , as well as of the residents in the other apartments of the building.
Security deposit
A fixed fee is required as a security deposit, to guarantee any compensation due for damage caused by the Guest. The fee is equal to the amount of 1 night at the rate defined for the Guest’s stay, which will be returned /released as soon as the correct check-out has been verified.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is allowed from 12.00 on the expected day of arrival (or after, up to any time).
Check-out is required by 10.00 am on the day of departure (or earlier, at any time).
Reservation and cancellation
The reservation of the room, after being accepted by “flaminia354”, is finalized with the payment of the entire cost of the overnight stay for the number of days agreed.
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- up to one month (30 days) in advance, “flaminia354” will return 100% of the amount paid;
- less than one month in advance and up to a week before, ” flaminia354 ”will return 50% of the amount paid;
- less than a week before the scheduled arrival date (or in the event of early departure) with respect to the total number of days booked, “flaminia354” will retain the entire amount paid as compensation.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is forbidden in the whole building.
Only Guests who have booked and who have been registered can access the Accommodation.
To access it is necessary to present the European Green Pass or vaccination certification (two doses). The latter is allowed for guests arriving from countries outside the European Union.
